The nofollow tag was introduced by Google as a means of combating spam. العلامة نوفولو عرضه مجموعات كوسيلة لمكافحة البريد المزعج. The theory goes like this – Google search bots do not credit any links with a rel=”nofollow” tag attached to them. وغني عن مثل هذه النظرية -- مجموعات السير في البحث لا الائتمان أي صلات مع rel = "نوفولو" العلامة التي تعلق عليها.
