The latest version of the open source and extremely functional media player, VLC player has been released. Die neueste Version der Open-Source und extrem funktionalen Media Player, VLC-Player wurde freigegeben. VLC 0.9.2 has been in development for over two years and has a revamped user interface (see screenshot below). VLC 0.9.2 ist in Entwicklung für mehr als zwei Jahren und verfügt über eine neu gestaltete Benutzeroberfläche (siehe Abbildung unten).
There are also a few new features like album art support (think iTunes), metadata tags editor and compatibility with Last.FM and Youtube videos (directly). Es gibt auch ein paar neue Features wie Albumcover Unterstützung (Think iTunes), Metadaten-Editor und die Kompatibilität mit Last.FM und YouTube-Videos (direkt). These two features would really help VLC move away from the traditional tag of a play-it-all media player. Diese beiden Eigenschaften wirklich helfen würde VLC Abkehr von den traditionellen Tag des Stückes-it-all media player.
VLC is most notable for its incredible ability to play just about anything thrown at it – even 3G and obscure formats – without requiring installing codecs. VLC ist vor allem durch seine unglaubliche Fähigkeit, so ziemlich alles auf sie geworfen zu spielen - auch 3G-und dunkel-Formate - ohne Installation von Codecs. This is because it contains most codecs bundled. Dies ist, weil es die meisten Codecs gebündelt enthält.
