How to update iPod Touch to firmware 2.1 for free
iPod Touch, or iTouch as it is popularly called, is an iPod with touch screen, WiFi and other features. Apple frequently updates the firmware (software for iPod Touch). Some updates are free, but most firmware upgrades require you to pay money.
For example, upgrading iPod Touch to firmware 2.1 will cost you a one-time fee of $9, which seems like a waste of money for something that Apple should have provided for free. However, this tutorial will show you how to update iTouch to the latest firmware for free.

Another name for this tutorial could be How to save $9 by upgrading iTouch/iPod Touch firmware for free, or How to save $9 by tricking Apple.
