AdSense (online advertising) and Analytics (statistics program for websites) are two of Google’s more popular products aimed at webmasters. Recently, Google started rolling out analytics (stats) for AdSense, allowing you to see tailored stats from AdSense within your Analytics account. The catch is that it is rolled out in phases, which means that you may have to wait some time for the feature.
However, if you do not want to wait till it is available to you, you can submit your details in this form by Google (link to which is shown in above screenshot, from AdSense blog). Blogs with less than 5 million page views per month are eligible for the free version.
