However, you might find it useful to clear settings, or better still, create a new profile and start over. I used MozBackup to backup my extensions, bookmarks and settings.</description>

The problem with the address bar is that after using it for a long time, an irrelevant long list of URLs appear when you start typing an address. This in effect forces you to type the complete URL yourself.</description>
