With time, your Windows XP Send to menu can get slow and bloated. However, a simple tweak will speed it up – here are the steps:
- Open the Run (Start > Run)
- Type sendto and hit Enter
- A new window will come up showing items that appear in your Send To menu
- Delete all the unwanted items present there.
Note that there may be other reasons why the Send to menu is slow to load – this fix addresses only the particular problem of too many items on the menu.
