The Top Commentator's list is commonplace now. De Top Commentator de lijst is nu gemeengoed. Most blogs get extra comments. De meeste blogs krijgen extra opmerkingen. However, of late, Top Commentators list is abused. Echter te laat, Top Commentatoren lijst is misbruikt. The blogger is forced to deal with hundreds of near-spam comments. De blogger wordt gedwongen om te gaan met honderden bijna-spam opmerkingen. Many blogs have taken out the Top Commentator's widget owing to this. Veel blogs zijn genomen uit de Top Commentator de widget vanwege dit.
While this blog is new, with fewer comments, I still feel that the top commentator's list is not worth it. So, I will be able to prevent spam/near-spam comments getting credit, without compromising regular commentators. Comment Spamming is a Problem I struggle. Commentaar Spamming is een probleem waar ik strijd. Everyday Morning I see almost 30 to 50 Spam Comments. Dagelijks Morgen zie ik bijna 30 tot 50 Spam Reacties. I have noticed that most of the comments were post on some popular posts of the blogs. Ik heb gemerkt dat de meeste van de opmerkingen werden achteraf op sommige posten van de populaire blogs. Stopping comment on that particular post has helped to some extent… Stoppen met commentaar op die specifieke functie heeft bijgedragen tot op zekere hoogte ...
@Linu: Don't you use Akismet? @ Linu: Don't u Akismet? It helps a lot, now I don't have any spam. Het helpt veel, nu heb ik geen spam. However, it is a bit ironic that your comments were flagged spam by Akismet Echter, het is een beetje ironisch dat uw opmerkingen werden spam gemarkeerd door Akismet
And yes, stop comments after x days, they're not useful anymore. En ja, stoppen opmerkingen na x dagen, zijn ze niet bruikbaar meer.
