Save for Web is a very useful feature built into Adobe Photoshop. Spara för webben är en mycket användbar funktion är inbyggd i Adobe Photoshop. In this short tutorial, you will learn to install the Save for Web plugin in Ubuntu Linux – without compiling code or any other complex processes. Download the Ladda ner Ubuntu Deb archive of Save for Web plugin Ubuntu Deb arkiv med Spara för webb-plugin to your desktop. på skrivbordet.
Extract the downloaded archive folder. Extrahera den nedladdade arkivet mapp. 
Open the extracted folder. Öppna extraherade mappen. Inside it, you will find an archive folder, named data.tar.gz. Inuti den hittar du ett arkiv mapp som heter data.tar.gz. Double click it. Dubbelklicka på den. Then, double-click usr, lib, gimp, 2.0 and plug-ins folder. Sedan dubbelklickar du usr, lib, gimp, 2,0 och plug-ins mappen. In it, you will find a single file, named webexport. I den kommer du att hitta en enda fil, som heter webexport. Right-click it and click Extract. Högerklicka på den och klicka på Extrahera. Extract the file to Desktop. Extrahera filen till skrivbordet. 
Open a terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal). Öppna en terminal (Program> Tillbehör> Terminal). Type sudo nautilus /./usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/ and click enter. Skriv sudo nautilus / ./usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins / och klicka på enter. Enter your password when asked. Ange ditt lösenord när du blir tillfrågad.
Copy the plugin file webexport from Desktop to the plugins window that you just opened up. Kopiera insticksprogrammet fil webexport från skrivbordet till plugins fönstret som du just har öppnat. 
Restart GIMP if you had it open. Starta GIMP om du hade den öppen. In GIMP, you can access the Save for Web function from File menu. I GIMP kan du nå Spara för webb-funktion från Arkiv-menyn.
