Page Title Eraser is a Firefox extension that hides title of specific tabs as chosen by you. It affords you more privacy, at work / home for obvious purposes .;)
Page Title Eraser adds a context menu item and also under menu items, each of which includes a “Hide title” menu item. Clicking on it hides/shows tab and window titles. This has to be done for each tab. There are also toolbar button (which you can drag and drop from within the customize window) and shortcut (ctrl+alt+shift+H).
