Google Reader Watcher is a handy Firefox extension to check your Google Reader account automatically, for unread items. Google Reader Watcher je šikovný Firefox rozšírenie skontrolovať vašu Google Reader účet automaticky, pre neprečítané položky. It will then show you alerts, small popups or unread feed list (depending on the settings chosen). You can also exclude feeds from the notification (useful if you have organized feeds into different labels in terms of priority).
