Google Reader Watcher is a handy Firefox extension to check your Google Reader account automatically, for unread items. Google Reader Watcher αποτελεί ένα εύχρηστο επέκταση Firefox για να ελέγξετε λογαριασμό σας στο Google Reader αυτόματα, για αναγνωσμένα στοιχεία. It will then show you alerts, small popups or unread feed list (depending on the settings chosen).
