However, we now have a perfectly legal, valid method of getting a free Avira Premium license key – and that too, from the Avira website. The Avira website is in German, but with help from Google Translate, I was able to understand what fields to fill in and how to proceed. I have done all the hard work translation for you, so you need only follow the instructions below. The downloaded file will be in German, but you can later change the program to use English. Avira Antivirus free license key and download
- Download Avira Premium setup file (get the license key from below instructions before installing).
- Visit the promotion page for free license key (as shown in below screenshot).
- Enter the details as follows:
Select Herr (Mr.) or Frau (Ms).
Vorname: First name
Nachname: Surname
Email-Adresse: Your email address (which has to be valid to receive your license key)
Land: CountryNote: It would be advised to register your country as Deutscheland (Germany), as this offer may not be valid outside Germany.
- Click the button “Lizenz anfordern”. You will get a page as shown below. Click the button.
- You will now be lead to a page as shown below. Click the icon marked with red, and save the file in My Documents.
- Double click the setup file and start installation. During installation, in one of the steps, you need to input the license key file. Click “Durchsuchen” and locate the key file you downloaded to My Documents.
You should now have a working copy of Avira Antivirus Premium. Enjoy!
