		<description>This is of not much use if it doesn&#039;t support custom sizes and provides only 3 available size options. 

I currently use &quot;VSO Image resizer&quot; for resizing and &quot;XnView Shell Extension&quot; for conversion (XnView has got some other features too).</description>
