Free Rip is a freeware audio CD ripper and MP3 converter for Windows. It supports most ripping from WAV files in audio CD, to most of the popular formats. It can also convert audio files from one format to another (say, WMA to MP3).
Free Rip features

Rip CD and convert audio files
During installation of Free Rip MP3, you will be given an option to add My Search toolbar (on by default).
Make sure to uncheck the option to add “My Search Toolbar” during installation.
