@Ramesh: You may be restricted to running only pre-approved apps or something. @ Рамеш: Ви можете бути обмежені працює тільки попередньо затверджені застосування чи щось. You do not have to run WLW previous version to install newer version. Вам не потрібно запускати WLW попередню версію для установки нової версії.
