One of the headaches when reinstalling Windows is installing all the drivers correctly. You can use any of the freeware tools to backup your system drivers.
Driver Backup is one such free, open-source tool to backup your drivers. Driver Backup can backup, restore and remove drivers. It also has command line options, although that feature is not likely to be used a lot
